  • Problem z weryfikacją czynnego podatnika VAT na komputerach z Windows 7

    Podczas próby sprawdzania podatnika VAT w programie SPEDTRANS w Windows 7 może występować błąd. Jest on spowodowany tym, że system Windows 7 domyślnie nie obsługuje protkołów TLS 1.1 oraz TLS 1.2. Błąd możemy wyeliminować instalując aktualizację KB3140245, oraz MicrosoftEasyFix.

     

    1. Aktualizacja:

    W menu startu wyszukujemy Windows Update, tam w lewym dolnym rogu znajduje się opcja Zainstalowane aktualizacje, wybieramy ją i oczekujemy aż program załaduje wszystkie zainstalowane aktualizacje.

    Wyszukujemy aktualizacji KB3140245(możemy skorzystać z wyszukiwarki w prawm górnym rogu).

    Jeśli aktualizacje znajduje się na liście zainstalowanych aktualizacji przechodzimy do drugiego punktu.

    Jeśli aktualizacja nie znajduje się na liście, to musimy udać się do poprzedniego okna i wybrać opcję Wyszukaj aktualizacje. Gdy program zakończy wyszukiwanie możemy zainstalować wszystkie dostępne aktualizacje lub wyszukać na liście interusującą nas (KB3140245).

     

    2. MicrosoftEasyFix:

    Przechodzimy na stronę https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/3140245/update-to-enable-tls-1-1-and-tls-1-2-as-default-secure-protocols-in-wi i wyszukujemy wytłuszczonym drugkiem "EasyFix", niżej znajduje się niebieski przycisk "Download" który po kliknięciu rozpocznie pobieranie programu. Po pobraniu uruchamiamy instalator klikając dwukrotnie LPM i przechodzimy przez kreator instalacji.

     

    Po wykonaniu tych czynności restartujemy komputer.

     

  • Jak uruchomić dodatkową usługę SPEDTRANS

    Usługi dodatkowe SPEDTRANS to np.:

    - SPEDTRANS SMTP email serwer,
    - SPEDTRANS sms serwer,
    - SPEDTRANS cloud backup,
    - SPEDTRANS POP3 serwer,
    - SPEDTRANS GPS serwer,
    - SPEDTRANS Aktualizacja kursów walut

    Są to typowe usługi systemu Windows.

    Aby zweryfikować czy dana usługa działa, należy na serwerze otworzyć:
    Panel sterowania -> Narzędzia administracyjne -> Usługi
    na liście odszukać nazwy usług rozpoczynające się od SPEDTRANS
    jeśli pole "Stan" danej usługi jest puste - oznacza to że usługa nie jest uruchomiona

    Aby uruchomić daną usługę należy kliknąć na nią prawym przyciskiem myszy, a następnie Uruchom.
    Po poprawnym uruchomieniu w kolumnie "Stan" powinien pojawić się "Działa".

    Warto zweryfikować typ uruchamiania usługi:

    Wyłączony - usługa jest wyłączona i nie można jej uruchomić
    Ręczny - po każdym uruchomieniu systemu trzeba ręcznie uruchamiać usługę
    Automatyczny - usługa powinna być uruchamiana automatycznie wraz z uruchamianiem systemu operacyjnego (zalecane)
    Automatyczny (opóźnione uruchamienie) - usługa powinna być uruchamiana po pełnym uruchomieniu systemu operacyjnego oraz innych usług (zalecane)

  • Komunikaty błędów I/O Errors

    Aby wydrukować wiele dokumentów sprzedaży jednocześnie, należy w filtracji z pozycji rejestru wybrać filtrację Rodzaj dokumentu na Faktura sprzedaży.

     

    Po kliknięciu na filtruj zostaną wyświetlone dokumenty tego rodzaju.

    Następnie po prawej klikamy na Raporty>Dokumenty sprzedaży.

     

     

    W podglądzie wygenerują się wszystkie dokumentu z wybranego zakresu dat.

     

  • Zmiana waluty faktury powiązanej ze zleceniem

    By dokonac zmiany waluty faktury, która została stworzona na podstawie zlecenia.

    Musimy przejść do Edycji naszego dokumentu sprzedaży. Zaznaczyć kursorem myszki pozycję która jest powiązana ze zleceniem a następnie usunąć.

    Kolejno wyszukujemy zlecenie w Rejestr >> Zlecenia Transportu i spedycji, przechodzimy do jego edycji.

    W polu Waluta i kurs fakturowania dla naszego płatnika zmieniamy wartość waluty, pamiętając o tym by był wprowadzony kurs przy zagranicznych walutach.
    Po zatwierdzeniu i zapisaniu zlecenia.

    Wracamy do naszej faktury, zmieniamy walutę dokumentu sprzedaży na taką jaką wprowadziliśmy na zleceniu.

    Kolejno kierujemy się kursorem myszki w dół okna edycji faktury wybierając NOWY >> ZLECENIE TRANSPORTU I SPEDYCJI.
    Ukaże nam się okno poniżej, jesli nie wyświetliła się zadna pozycja zlecenia w polach filtrcji ustawiamy odpowiednio rekordy.
    - Wszystkie zlecenia
    - Wszyscy wystawiajacy dok.
    Pola dokłądnie zaznaczone na screenie poniżej.

    Po wyfiltrowaniu wybieramy nasze zlecenie klikając dwókrotnie na ten rekord.

    Tak wyglądająca fakturę wystarczy ZAPISAC, podczas podglądu wydruku możemy zauważyć iż waluta faktury została zmieniona.

     

  • Uzupełnienie kont Wn oraz kont Ma - RAKS

    Uzupełnienie kont Wn oraz kont Ma potrzebnych przy eksporcie dokumentów do programu księgowego RAKS.

    W pierwszej kolejności sprawdzamy czy w konfiguracji programu mamy wybraną pozycję MSM RAKS 6.XXX .
    By to sprawdzić, logujemy się na konto admina nastepnie zakładka Narzędzia >> Konfiguracja.
    Kolejno wyszukujemy pozycję "Wymiana danych między innymi systemami" , dalej przechodzimy na zakładkę
    "System finansowo - księgowy" i upewniamy się czy w pozycji "Współpraca z systemami księgowymi" mamy
    wybrane z listy MSM RAKS 6.XXX .

    Kolejnym krokiem jest uzupełnienie pól konta Wn a także Ma w edycji kontrahenta.
    By to zrobić musimy na dowolnym koncie programu SPEDTRANS z uprawnieniami do kontrahentów przejśc do Słowniki >> Kontrahenci .
    Następnie przejść do edycji kartoteki kontrahenta. Wyszukać odpowiednich pól i uzupełnić. 

    Po wykonaniu wszystkich czynności podczas import dokumentów sprzedaży dla odpowiedniego kontrahenta Konto Wn oraz Ma powinno przenieść się automatycznie.

     

  • Po wykupieniu wsparcia w programie informacja o niekatulanym wsparciu

    Jeśli Państwo wykupili wsparcie techniczne programu SPEDTRANS a podczas uruchomienia programu mamy informację o nieaktualnym wsparciu.

                                                       
    Muszą Państwo wgrać licencje która została wysłana na państwa adres e-mail.

    Zmian tych należy dokonywać będąc zalogowanym do programu na konto admin - uprawnienia do tej operacji ma tylko administrator programu.

    1. W pierwszym kroku przechodzimy do Słowniki>Kontrahenci - odnajdujemy swoją firmę, przechodzimy do edycji kartoteki, wprowadzamy potrzebne zmiany i klikamy Zapisz.
    • Następnie przechodzimy do Słowniki>Inne>Oddziały firmy - odnajdujemy oddział - Centrala - zaznaczamy oraz odznaczamy Archiwum - tak aby aktywowała się funkcja Zapisz - i następnie Zapisz.

    • Po tych czynnościach przechodzimy jeszcze do Narzędzia>Konfiguracja programu>Dane podstawowe firmy. Wpisujemy coś w pole KRS a potem kasujemy -
      tak aby aktywowała się funkcja Zapisz - klikamy Zapisz. Nowe dane zostaną wczytane do konfiguracji.

    Aby zmienić rozmiar czcionki w tabelach rejestrów należy przejść do zakładki Widok>Skórki.

    Po kliknięciu na Rozmiar czcionki tabel mamy możliwośc zmiany rozmiaru czcionki:

    W programie możemy definiować kolory dla należności nierozliczonych nieprzetereminowanych i rozliczonych oraz liczby dni dla
    należności przetereminowanych.

    Po zalogowaniu się na konto admin przechodzimy do Narzędzia>Konfiguracja programu.

    Następnie na zakładce Sprzedaż>Ustawienia dodatkowe 2 mamy możliwość edytowania koloru czcionki i tła rekordu dla należności nierozliczonych nieprzeterminowanych,
    a także zdefiniowania liczby dni dla należności przeterminowanych - oddzielne kolory dla każdej z liczby dni.
